Membership Requirement

Ayrcade is a private members' club: only the booking organiser needs a membership; guests are included under that subscription.
Membership Fee: £1 per year (valid for 12 months).
Each session booking allows the member to bring up to 7 guests.
Guests are charged the standard session fee (£5) and are pre-registered by their host.

Eligibility: Individuals aged 14 or over.
Duration: Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of payment.
Renewal: Members receive a reminder 30 days before expiry; renewal requires payment of the £1 fee.
Termination: Membership lapses automatically on expiry or may be terminated by the Company for breach of Club Rules.
Register: The Company maintains a secure register recording each member's name, contact, join date, and expiry date.

Members and their guests must treat all members, staff, and equipment with respect at all times.
No abusive, harassing, or discriminatory language or behavior will be tolerated.
Any deliberate damage, vandalism, or theft of machines or property may result in a charge and removal without refund.
Food and drink are only permitted in designated areas; no consumption near arcade machines.
Children under 14 must be supervised by their member host at all times.
Hosts are responsible for their guests' conduct and compliance with these rules.
In case of emergency or equipment maintenance, follow all staff instructions promptly.
Failure to comply with these rules may lead to suspension or termination of membership.

Ayrcade is a family-friendly venue. All guests must treat staff, equipment, and other visitors with respect.
Any deliberate damage to machines or property may result in a charge and removal from the venue without refund.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone behaving in a disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe manner.

Children under 14 must be accompanied by a paying adult member.
Supervising adults must remain on-site during the session.
Unaccompanied children under 14 will not be admitted and no refund will be given.

Please arrive on time. Sessions begin at the booked time and cannot be extended for late arrivals.
If you miss your session, it will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

All attendees must have a valid membership and ticket.
Spectators are not permitted unless agreed in advance (e.g. carers or exceptional circumstances).
Ayrcade limits the number of players per session to ensure a fun and fair experience.

You can cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before your session.
No cancellations are allowed within 48 hours of your session.
Bookings that have been rescheduled cannot be cancelled, regardless of how far away the new session is.

You may reschedule your booking between 48 and 24 hours before your session for a £2 admin fee per booking.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Rescheduled bookings are non-refundable.

We may take photos or video during sessions for marketing. If you do not wish to be included, please speak to a team member on arrival.

If we are forced to cancel a session (e.g. due to illness, weather, or power outage), we'll offer a full refund or reschedule.
